Building Progress
First home sporting fixture
We welcomed Daejung Elementary School to our campus for our first ever home fixture last Saturday. Daejung were too strong and ran out convincing winners. Their reputation precedes them and they lived up to it.Nonetheless I am pleased with our boys efforts and their desire to want to do better next time, after all it was our first ever football match as a team and players will take some time to get to know each other on the pitch.
I would like to thank Mr Clancy, Mr Spence, Mr Taylor and Mrs Monaghan for their support. There were three wonderful students who, like Mr Clancy, made the day a success. Thank you to Sophie Lee, Yieon Park, Henry Kim, you all did a great job.
I would also like to thank all the parents who attended, they were very generous with both their support and their supplementation of match tea! We hope to see you at future events.
Dates for the dairy:
March 3rd - Elementary swim meet at NLSC Jeju
March 17th - Year 5 & 6 Basketball competition at Dulwich, Seoul
March 30th 31st & April 1st - Korean National rugby coaches visit NLCS to deliver a Rugby clinic.
