Libraries for the Whole Community

Our campus comprises three libraries that support student literacy and global-mindedness at every stage of development. During break and lunch times, students are free to use the library for personal reading and quiet collaboration. In lessons from the First School all the way to Sixth Form, inquiry is supported through access to diverse literature and information.
Our First School offers a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere and a large selection of vibrant reading material for younger students. Students in the Lower School expand their love of reading and curiosity with a selection of chapter fiction in Korean, Mandarin, and English. Students visit with their class or subject teachers regularly and are supported with their reading development. Our Junior libraries are also supported by enrichment events with live reading, book author guests, publishing of student books and even more!

Our Senior School library has a physical collection consisting of two floors, with a curated selection of fiction texts aimed to foster diverse reading for our students. Student scholarship is supported by our robust non-fiction collection and a selection of digital resources including academic databases. Additionally, the library fosters global thinking and literacy development through access to hundreds of current newspapers and magazines on Pressreader.
Senior School students regularly use the library during break and lunch times to support their studies. Additionally, teachers across academic disciplines visit the library during lessons. Students utilize the library about once a week in their academic timetable. House Competition, debates, musical performances, and Enrichment Week activities are regularly held in the library during lunchtime.

Digital Access and Research accordion-plus
To support wider reading and access to research, the library provides access to several digital collections and resources.
Sora is a digital library, accessible through their website or through a mobile app. With Sora, students have access to ebooks and audiobooks in English, Korean, and Mandarin.
Students in the Senior School have access to academic databases in Korean and English, as well as digital subscriptions to several publications. Our Library Commons website facilitates collection access and provides research and referencing guidance to support student access and scholarship.
