“The House system at NLCS provides all students and staff with a strong sense of belonging and community. Each House has its own identity through its mascot and values. The Houses provide students with a platform to build friendships with peers across different age groups while competing in a variety of competitions across sport, the arts and academics. There are numerous student leadership opportunities within the House system, allowing students to develop their communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. Through the experiences offered by our House system, students develop strong social connections, a sense of belonging and the skills to thrive as young people.“
